Deputy Director Neus Profitós and David Acuña, a systems analyst at Beroni, participated in the Networking Day organized by the “Consell Comarcal de la Noguera” and hosted by the “Consorci Grup d’Acció Local Noguera Segrià Nord” and the “Oficina Jove de la Noguera,” as part of the #Odisseu program.
The goal of the event is to create synergies between companies and young professionals, fostering talent on both sides.

This synergy is fostered by encouraging a return to rural areas of origin through engagement with the key stakeholders involved in the transition: universities and training centers, local businesses, and the institutions and government agencies responsible for policies related to rural development, employment, business creation, and youth.

Throughout the event, we were able to see just how well-prepared the young attendees were.
As part of its commitment to corporate social responsibility, Beroni Informática promotes the hiring of local residents and actively participates in events organized by various regional and provincial organizations.
