COVID-19 Update: Beroni offers the best service, even from home

Dear Customer:

At Beroni, we are aware of the exceptional circumstances we are facing due to the impact of COVID-19 onsociety, and we are doing everything in our power to help address this situation. For this reason, and in accordance with government guidelines, the Beroni team is working from home to continue providing the best service and support.

Although this measure will last for a few weeks, we want to make it clear that at Beroni we are adapting to the situation and are ready to provide our usual service, ensuring that our customers receive the highest standards of quality.

While this exceptional situation persists and in accordance with health recommendations, the Beroni team continues to work as usual but has implemented a series of measures:

  • Beroni's staff are working from home with the tools they need to continue providing the best possible service to our customers.
  • We are limiting travel as much as possible. Therefore, meetings and training sessions with our clients and partners are conducted by phone or via video conference.
