Beroni, a company specializing in technologies for travel agencies, and Quadrant Travel Technology, a company developed by Pangea, announced today that they have signed a partnership agreement to integrate bookings from the Quadrant Travel Cloud platform into the management software created by the Lleida-based firm, which has more than 2,700 licenses in the domestic market.

Thanks to this partnership, agencies using the brand developed by Pangea with funding from the European Next Gen Funds will be able to generate their own invoices through Front Office—the technical name for Beroni’s management system—and coGroupThis allows them to automate their operational processes as much as possible and streamline the time required for billing.

Currently, more than 80% of the tourism services included in the packages offered are charged automatically. Another advantage of Beroni's software is that virtually all of its records are stored in the cloud.

The agreement was reached following the successful completion of the booking capture and system integration processes, as well as the production tests conducted for both leisure and business travel.

Quadrant Travel Cloud is the first independent marketplace designed to fully digitize the operations of any travel agency. It offers a platform that combines cutting-edge technology with tools specifically designed to streamline management, boost efficiency, and improve agencies’ profitability. One of its key differentiators is its ability to centralize an agency’s entire ecosystem: from bookings and payments to data analytics and marketing strategies.

Josep Bellés, CEO of Beroni: “Our company’s policy is to integrate Front Office with as many booking platforms and travel providers as possible, so that travel agents using Beroni can automate their operational processes and optimize the time required for billing. This agreement is another step toward achieving the goal we’ve always set for ourselves at Beroni: to help agency professionals so they can spend their time on what they’re truly experts at—providing their clients with the best service and attention.”

Juan Font Valle, Chief Commercial Officer at Quadrant Travel Technology: “This agreement aligns with the modular approach we’re pursuing for our platform, which allows each agency to customize the tools to suit their needs. From CRM providers to enhanced digital itinerary tools, all the way to the transfer of administrative data into management systems—this is where we see a very interesting synergy with Beroni, which will make life easier for our clients interested in digitizing their processes.”
