What steps should be taken to draft and sign the contract?

Follow these steps to set up BGS Sign Contract so you can create package tour contracts

Onboarding

All BGS Sign Contract users must have successfully completed the onboarding process to access the platform.

Access to the platform

To access the platform, go toberoni.net and enter the USERNAME and PASSWORD provided to you at the end of the onboarding process.

Agency – Your Travel Agency Information – Contract

Fill in the contract-related fields in the Agency menu

Agency/Office – Name of regulation + Section

Fill in the fields “Name of Regulation” and “Article,” which will be printed in Annex II of the package tour contract.

Accounts - Employees

Enter the employee IDs that will be used on the platform. Each employee will have a unique username for logging into the platform. It is important that the email address entered for each user is unique and does not appear twice.

Enter the customers for whom package tour contracts will be created.

In the Accounts/Companies menu, create the insurance companies that provide surety, assistance, and cancellation insurance, which will be used in package tour contracts.

 

Fill in the general information about the tourism providers, including their mailing address.

Insurance Agency

Enter the insurance policies to be used when creating package tour contracts.

 

Bond insurance, travel assistance, trip cancellation insurance, and other types of insurance (e.g., luggage insurance).

Agency – Contractual Provisions

Please attach one or more PDF files containing the potential contractual clauses to be added later to the package tour contracts.
