Starting this week, Beroni is introducing new features and updates to its main management software programs, including FrontOffice (billing), Retailer (administration), and Beconta, the accounting software integrated into Retailer.
The new versions—technically designated as 22.06.4—are included in the maintenance program that Beroni offers to customers who have subscribed to this service, and they will enhance the performance of the software that was originally purchased and is currently in use.
The improvements introduced, for example, make these programs more stable, enhance their compatibility with new operating system requirements, and improve integration with other applications, such as Voxel, Microsoft Office, Amadeus, and Dropbox.
This version highlights the new case alert calendar feature, improvements to automated case billing in both the vacation and business travel modules, enhanced data integration from the BGS SBT self-booking tool for corporate travelers, and new booking reference entry capabilities for suppliers Fred Olsen and Cicar.
To introduce these new features and updates, Beroni will launch a communication and training program, which will include sending an informational email to its customers, developing explanatory and support manuals, and hosting free webinars led by Pilar Lara from Beroni’s Support and Training Department.
The sessions, which will focus on the new features and improvements in version 22.06.4, will take place on July 20. The first session (FrontOffice) will begin at 10:00 a.m., and the second session, dedicated to Retailer, will begin at 1:30 p.m. Each session is scheduled to last approximately 30 minutes.
Beroni points out that improvements and updates must be made to the software, even though end users may not notice any changes; these updates are essential for the proper functioning of the software’s features. As a precaution, it is also necessary to back up your data before performing any updates.
