Dear Wasabi-s users,
We are pleased to announce that a new feature is now available to all travel agencies and Wasabi-s users. This feature uses a graph to provide more detailed information about the results of hotel searches.
With this new feature we've added, you can find out:
- The number of hotels offered by each provider.
- The time it takes each provider to display the results to Wasabi-s
- The time it takes Wasabi-s to process the information and display the results to the user.
1- To view this new option, click on the chart icon in the Suppliers filter.
2- The chart below shows all the information:
- On the left-hand side, we can see each provider along with the number of hotels they offer.
- In color light green, we can see how long it takes each provider to display the results to Wasabi-s.
- In color dark green, we can see how long it takes Wasabi-s to process the results provided by the supplier and display them to the user.
- In color Yellow , we see providers that do not show any results, either because they do not have hotels in the selected destination or because they do not have availability on the chosen dates.
- In color red we can see which suppliers have not delivered within the established time limit.
This improvement will help you better monitor each supplier’s response times in the hotel search engine. Greater control for better optimization.
