In a recent article published in the specialized online journal@Metadata, our commercial director,@Ingrid Graells, writes about the vital role that #clusters play in boosting Catalan tourism businesses and improving their competitiveness, “in a context characterized by the convergence of technology and tourism,” she explains. 

In the same text, Ingrid—who is also vice president of the Tech Tourism Cluster—states that through the implementation of cluster policies, “an adaptive and proactive approach has been adopted, enabling the pursuit of various key strategies, such as innovation, internationalization, talent development, shared value, and strategic planning.” 

According to our sales and marketing manager, this approach is being implemented at the TTC through various working groups focused on innovative solutions in areas such as blockchain, data, and talent development.

Ingrid concludes her article by stating that the ongoing commitment to innovation demonstrated by clusters in general—and the TTC in particular—not only makes it possible to anticipate emerging trends and drive sustainable and inclusive growth, but is also “forging a brighter and more sustainable future for tourism companies in Catalonia.”
