  • Domain: Registration of a new domain for the beneficiary SME for a minimum period of twelve months. The SME will retain full ownership of the domain.
  • Hosting: hosting of the developed website for a minimum period of twelve months.
  • Website design: a website structure with at least 3 pages or sections. The following are considered pages or sections of a website: home page (landing page), company overview, contact form, product descriptions, contact information, sitemap, etc.
  • Responsive web design: Websites must be designed to adapt and function properly on all types of devices.
  • Accessibility: The design must comply with Level AA conformance criteria of the WCAG 2.1 Guidelines.
  • Self-managed: A content management platform must be provided to the beneficiary so that they can independently update the content on their websites without needing to rely on support from the provider.
  • Basic online presence: Posting basic business information, contact details, and the company profile on major websites, business networks, and business and professional directories.
  • Search Engine Optimization (Basic SEO): Keyword analysis, on-page SEO for 2 pages or sections, content indexing and structuring.

  • Creation of the online store or e-commerce platform and setup of the product catalog: creation of a catalog by entering, importing, or uploading the SME’s products or items. The digitalization agent must upload at least 100 product listings, unless the SME does not have that many, in which case the number may be lower.
  • Payment methods: configuration and integration of payment methods.
  • Responsive Design: A well-designed e-commerce solution must be adaptable so that it works on all types of devices.
  • Accessibility: The design must comply with Level AA conformance criteria of the WCAG 2.1 Guidelines.

Objective: Leveragingcompany data to improve the decision-making process

Features and services:

This solution includes a certain number of configuration hours for defining the specific characteristics of the marketing processes, as well as for data loading. These hours are determined, for each of the business segments defined in Article 8.2, as follows:

  • Segment I (10–49 employees): 70 hours of configuration.
  • Segment II (3–9 employees): 40 hours of configuration.
  • Segment III (0–fewer than 3 employees): 30 hours of configuration.


This process is essential for the subsequent implementation and rollout of the digitization solution, which will provide, at a minimum, the features and services listed below:

  • Data integration with other databases: The solution will allow access to other databases and enable comparisons with the displayed data.
  • Data storage: The solution must provide a minimum storage capacity of 1 GB per user.
  • Creating structured and visual data dashboards: The solution will enable users to create customized data dashboards featuring relevant data and various visualization options.
  • Data export: The solution will allow users to export data to images or Excel documents, creating synergies and ensuring compatibility with various commonly used programs.

Features and services:

This solution includes a set number of hours allocated to configuration for defining the specific characteristics of the sales processes, as well as for data entry. These hours are determined, for each of the business segments defined in Article 8.2, as follows:

      • Segment I (10–49 employees): 60 hours of configuration.
      • Segment II (3–9 employees): 45 hours of configuration.
      • Segment III (0–fewer than 3 employees): 45 hours of configuration.

This process is essential for the subsequent implementation and rollout of the digitization solution, which will provide, at a minimum, the features and services listed below:

      • Digitization and/or automation of processes and workflows: The solution must enable the digitization and/or automation of processes such as:
        – Accounting/Finance: Accounts receivable/payable, asset management, and the generation of financial statements and balance sheets, etc.
        – Billing: Automation of billing processes, including the generation of quotes, delivery notes, and invoices.
        – Projects: budget control, costs, estimates, resource optimization, etc.
        – Inventory: forecasting, stock levels, shipments, distributions, returns, and cancellations, etc.
        – Purchasing and Payments: management of purchase orders and suppliers.
        – Human Resources: human resources management, payroll, etc.
        – Logistics: fleet and route management, among others.
      • Integration with various platforms: The solution must include APIs or web services to enable integration with other tools.
      • Upgradable: The solution must be capable of being upgraded to new versions.
      • Scalable: The solution must be able to adapt to potential growth or changes in the SME’s organizational structure.

 

Compliance: The solution must enable the beneficiary to ensure compliance with the Regulation governing the invoicing obligations under Royal Decree 1619/2012, as well as any applicable regulations. In particular, the processes for billing and accounting, inventory, purchasing, and payments must guarantee the integrity, preservation, accessibility, legibility, traceability, and inalterability of records in accordance with applicable regulations.

Objective: To digitizethe invoice issuance process between beneficiary companies and their customers.

Features and services:

This solution includes a set number of configuration hours for defining the specific details, modifying, and setting up the electronic sales invoice; this includes numbering, language, discounts, additional data, display, formats, and so on. These hours are determined for each of the business segments defined in Article 8.2 as follows:

  • Segment I (10–49 employees): 10 hours of configuration.
  • Segment II (3–9 employees): 10 hours of configuration.
  • Segment III (0–fewer than 3 employees): 5 hours of configuration.

 

This process is essential for the subsequent implementation and rollout of the digitization solution, which will provide, at a minimum, the features and/or services listed below:

  • Structured invoices: The solution must allow for the issuance of invoices in structured formats, at a minimum in the FACTURA-E format, to facilitate automated processing.
  • Unlimited invoices: The solution must allow for the issuance of an unlimited number of invoices.
  • Unlimited customers: The solution must allow invoices to be sent to an unlimited number of customers.
  • Unlimited products or services: The solution must allow for the creation of an unlimited number of billable products and/or services within the catalog.
  • Sending invoices via email: The solution must be able to send invoices directly via email.
  • Invoice customization: Invoices generated by the solution must be customizable, including the option to select a logo.
  • Regular backups: The solution will include regular backups, with the option of performing them at least once a day.
  • 1 GB Storage/Invoice History: The solution will provide at least 1 GB of storage for invoices.
  • Integration with other solutions: The solution must provide APIs or web services for integration with other tools, as well as allow for manual data upload.
  • Invoice due date tracking: The solution must include a system for tracking invoice due dates.
