Beroni launches campaign to promote the Digital Kit among travel agencies

Coinciding with the launch of Phase II of the Digital Kit, scheduled for this June for companies and micro-enterprises with a minimum of 3 employees and a maximum of 9, the digital firm Beroni—which specializes in technology solutions for travel agencies—has launched a promotional campaign targeting the sector’s leading industry organizations and management groups.
Through this initiative, Beroni, as a digitalization agent accredited by the Spanish government, aims to encourage the digitalization of travel agencies and equip them with new tools and solutions for the future of their businesses.
To date, agencies affiliated with UNAV, ACAVE, and AVIBA, as well as the management groups AVASA TRAVEL GROUP and Grup AVA—which collectively represent nearly 5,000 points of sale—have received information from the technology company regarding the Digital Kit. In the coming days, the company will begin sending the kit to the remaining entities in the retail channel from other groups and organizations, according to the work plan designed by the brand.

In its communications, Beroni states that this involves non-repayable grants, “something unheard of in our sector,” according to the company’s CEO, Josep Bellés, since “never before have agencies had the opportunity to access specific funding to adopt new technology that helps them improve their business, explains Bellés.
The Segment II digital voucher provides grants of up to 6,000 euros funded by the European ‘Next Generation EU’ funds, for the launch (or consolidation) of the technological transformation of SMEs and micro-enterprises, including agencies.
Thanks to this program, for example, agencies can digitize their procedures, develop business intelligence reports, revamp their website, purchase management software, or even use the funding to acquire tools that enable the digital processing of package tour contracts—which, in Beroni’s case, is done through its BGS Sign Contract platform.

Beroni, which offers more than 70 specialized products in the travel agency market, also reminds industry organizations that agencies with at least 10 employees and fewer than 50 are still eligible for the Segment I Digital Kit, as the program remains open and funds are still available. In this case, the amount of aid can reach 12,000 euros. The campaign for Segment III, aimed at small businesses and micro-enterprises with 1 to 2 employees, will begin in October, and the digital voucher provides aid of up to 2,000 euros.
