BERONI and ACAVe will present theBGS Sign Contractplatform— developed by Beroni with legal guidance from ACAVe—to their partner travel agencies next Friday.

BGS Sign Contractallows travel agencies to create, complete, sign, manage, and store package tour contracts in an easy and efficient manner. Automating these procedures significantly reduces paperwork and administrative tasks for travel agencies that organize and sell package tours, which are required by law to process a package tour contract for every new trip booked by their customers. This platform represents a major step forward in the digitization of travel agencies.

This platform was developed by BERONI, with guidance from ACAVe on the practical aspects of contract implementation. In addition, the package tour contract templates included on the platform were drafted by ACAVe’s legal counsel, who specializes in this field. The new platform will be available to all travel agencies, although ACAVe members will be eligible for special rates when signing up.

Beroni will also be present at the ACAVe booth at Fitur (10F04), where it will showcase the significant benefits of this platform to all interested travel agencies.
